A 4-stage LLM pipeline (extract, combine, summarize, output) using Tree-sitter for AST parsing and Gemini for semantic analysis across 7 languages.

An automated staffing intelligence platform for fire/EMS agencies, built with Orange County Fire Authority firefighters as design partners to replace manual, list-based overtime assignment.

Assignments use the Hungarian algorithm, with certifications, rank, commute distance, and overtime encoded in a cost matrix. Simulated over a synthetic 1,200-firefighter dataset modeled on OCFA budget data: median forced overtime cut 65%, commute distance 44%, and 2,802 vacancies filled without excess hires - a projected $6.13M in annual savings.

An ETL PDF parsing pipeline migrated 200+ course records to a Firebase cloud database.
